This webinar will provide information and strategies to professionals on supporting families during the transition period from Early Intervention Services to Special Education Preschool Services. Featured will be the recent transition experiences of a family with a 3-year-old child. We will highlight what worked, what could have been improved and strategies to make the transition experience a smooth one for families and professionals. Attendees will receive a certificate of participation. ECAC is an ITP approved entity.
