Is the Executive Director for the Parent Information Center of Delaware where she has done extensive work to promote better understanding among families, educators and professionals. Marie-Anne, who herself has an adult child with a disability, is a strong advocate for all individuals with disabilities and their families, and has accomplished numerous systems changes that benefit individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. She received an award from the Joseph P. Kennedy Junior Foundation in recognition for her efforts. Marie-Anne, a native of Paris, France, graduated from the International College of NATO and attended Stanford University. She also holds a certificate degree in Leadership and Non-Profit Management from the University of Delaware. Marie-Anne is the mother of two, Stefan 34, who has autism, and Megan, 24 who is enrolled with the "Teach for America" program.
